So recently I got to level 60 and i was wondering why I cant buy quartz armor and weapons. Is there a new level requirment? Would be great if someone coul help me out.

It is not called Quartz anymore. It's called topaz and has a level requirement of 80. You can still buy the old Quartz from players which has a level 60 req.

You can wear flint but I don't recommend it, in fact, I don't recommend all the crystal armors (maybe adamant, didn't seen full set though).

I suggest go with the quest armor.

I personally wore embossed chain set until warden.
