Onethumb can I please have my account back!

To whom this concerns.
Over 5 days ago for reasons still unknown to me my account was disabled.
Account: grommet
Server: Herne
Characters: Lvl 154 Rogue - Grommet
Lvl 86 Druid - Gromly
Could I please have this account reinstated and the reason for its disabling in the first instance along with any evidence you have for disabling my account in defiance of your own set of disciplinary rules and regulations. emailed to me
I was given no in-game warning.
I received no final in-game warning.
This leads me to believe my breach of in-game policy was very severe??
I have 5 accounts, 4 of which are full warden and a druid with full lux at lvl 105. My Rogue which you just disabled has just had almost 3 million spent on him with lux and weapons. I have played for almost 2 years and have never had a single warning.
So I politely ask... Why would I do anything that would lead to my account being shut down?? I definitely would not have disregarded any direct warnings, and anything severe enough to be deactivated with no warning is most surely unsubstantiated rumours most likely passed to you by a rival clan member!!
I have sent an in-support request and several emails with not even so much as a 'Hi sorry for the inconvenience but we are currently looking it' I have received absolutely nothing!!

Thank you very much for your time. If I could have my account reactivated ASAP that would be great.

P.S. Also very sorry for thetone of this post but my patience regarding this matter is wearing thin :evil:
and if it wasnt for the poo load of money I have spent on the account I probably wouldn't care... But that is far from the case.

Admin does things like this, it has happened to me before. Took them 2 and half weeks to respond

Two and a Half WEEKS!!
Do they not understand its someones hard eanred time and real money that we are putting into these accounts!!

I'll give it a week and then we will to what else can be done :(

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has been shaftet by Onethumb.

Unfortunately they are as slow as anything to reply to un banning accounts, I notice they haven't even had the decency to reply to your thread.
Like some others in the game, they ban without investigating and are way too slow to double check their mistakes.

Hi there we are currently dealing with the backlog and this includes emails. We are sorry if we cannot respond to every thread/ticket/email in a timely manner but ask for you to be patient. If I haven't seemed to have gotten back to you for a long time (such as one or two months) then please PM me as the backlog does not go that far back.

Sorry for the troubles. This post will be locked since I am already talking with the OP.
