Celtic Heroes

So i was playing my rogue and on my way to the tavern i saw that Torbin the Sailor has a '!' Mark above his head ( he gives you quest for meteoric wep right? ) but i already have my meteoric dagger! Same for the smuggler merchant in tavern. When i talk to either of them they just open shop/talk about ships.. Same for warrior who has meteoric sword also. Anyone else has this?
