Account Diabled?

hey im karah from lugh and my ipod was stolen a while ago now that i finally got another ipod i log in and a message pops up saying account disabled? i sent an email about 30 mins ago and i was wondering whats going on. i would like to see people i havent seen in a long time please fix this
