Bank Expansion slot question

Earlier this year I spent 80 platinum on 1 Bank Expansion Set and received 30 extra for a total of 50 slots. Today, I noticed 1 Bank Expansion Set gives 100 extra slots for the same 80 platinum.
I am having buyers remorse today (if my memory is correct).
Does OTM care to make a comment (if my memory is correct)?
