Hi my account in epona is still disabled after about two months. I contacted them and they said wait a month and they would fix it. Can I pm my user and pass and email and stuff to an admin on here for it to get done faster?

As far as I'm aware, the only way to get your items back is if they un-disable your account.
If they decide not to give your account back, I think you are left itemless.

There have been accounts disabled with a few thousand dollars spent on them, with no reasoning, and yes, I agree, bad customer services.
