Hi if you wish to discuss this please send in a support ticket. As stated we do not allow the transfer of sigils between characters.

What is the point to "discuss it" on a support ticket when the only answer i get is : we cannot. i have done it twice.

What I want to know is why you allowed many transfers of sygils to some of your customers and now refuse mine ? This is unfair.

As I do not play this ranger anymore, are you saying that I lost about 80 euros in sygils if I do delete my rangers ? will these sygils I bought with real cash be simply losts on my account ? This is outrageous.

What is even more outrageous is that you do not offer any possibility to your customers to know how many sygils they have bought. This has been requested countless times.

All plat items we buy should be transferable from one toon to another one, on the same account who purchased them, like other MMO !

This is something I think Apple might be interested to know. You sell virtual items that we cannot trace and you refuse to make them transferable between different toons belonging to the very same account that did purchased them, and just say to your customer : sorry you lost them.

By the way I purchased these sygils on my ranger before Version 3 was even released, and your new TOS.

Ur not the only person who they tell they cant transfer sigils between characters even if they are on the same account most of the ppl ik who tried this ended up going around this by asking for a refund then buying sigils on the new character. I have never heard of anyone getting a straight transfer from one character to the other always hear the "not possible" reply but if u know someone who actually got a transfer from one character to the other without doing the work around above then they should do it for all.
