I'm fairly new to this game, however I've never been more stumped at a simple login screen before. I created my account, registered an email, and yet it won't let me past the login screen. Basically saying my username and password are incorrect, although I know my username and password by heart. Alas, I am puzzled and bewildered at this login screen that won't let me login. Help.

Also, I go to reset my password and a message saying my username or email is wrong...So then how am I able to log in to the forum eh??? I have the game downloaded on the iPhone 4S, hope it helps. I am down to help in any way possible to correct this problem I'm having.

I think someone took your account, it makes sense since it says Password incorrect/E-mail incorrect.

Maybe you used username or password with big letter start or oposite, either way u should try

I have tried that. When I created the account I used lower cases tho. Regardless, I tried using upper cases just incase and nothing. I've shut down the game. All other running apps. Turned off my wifi. Turned off my phone. Restarted my wifi. Turned on my phone. Turned on my wifi. Started the game. And tried to log on. No success.

That happened to me too. I got tired of trying and I really want to play the game so, I made a new email. Then I registered that. It worked..

Wait so you just registered a new email to your account?

Or create a new account with a different email?

I decided to just create a new account using the new email. But if you want to keep your account, you can email support for help. Because creating a new account will be starting from the beginning and I'm sure you're well aware of that.. Sorry if my post is of no help. I just wanted to share what I did.

Someone must likely got your account, because when I logged once, I had the same problem so I made a different account and I saw my account playing the game. I got my account by e-mailing support.
