You locked my thread and ignored my private message..

Support asked you to send a private message on the forum to him. Have you done that?
Then please wait a week before posting any new topics about this. We do not want our forum spammed with people asking things like this. That's what e-mail/in-game tickets are for.
Also if you send a pm to support. They do not work in the weekend. That's why you probably haven't heard back from them in 2-3 day's.
