Full Refunds?

Hey, Im wondering if One Thumb Mobile gives full refunds to players if they send a support ticket.
For example: i buy Quartz for like 60k and then i dont want it anymore so i send a ticket asking for my 60,000 gold back.

Dropped items isnt two mths.... I got my warden back i dropped a year and half ago dood

I suspect they would dig up something like Warden, or a one time quest drop like the Focus of Enchantment for any player regardless of time.
If you sold a Pristine Boar Pelt to a vendor 3 months ago, and now want it back because you found out it had some value, they might remind you of the 2 month clause.
(As a side note, I call exaggeration on the year and a half statement.)
