I did a survey that was supposed to give me 20 plat but I have never received it, I even did it again just to make sure but I still havnt received the 20 plat.

I searched the internet about this earlier and apparently it has to be processed by Trialpay which can take months....

Wow.. Anyone else tried it before?

Are we being scammed by OTM?
I thought scammers get banned?

Only messing with you OTM, but this certainly needs looking into if it is true, plat should be either instantaneous or you should actually tell people that it can take a very long time to receive your "reward" otherwise you are surely going to piss off a lot of your players and get a bad reputation.

Please look into this and make changes as necessary.

None of my offers are FREE. I have to pay atleast $5 for something to get platinum.

Yes, it's really hard to find a "free plat" offer that's actually free. Since I had found one, I was really excited to get the 20 plat, of which I still have not recieved.

If you have any issues with Platinum offers, firstly ensure you have completed all the required steps need for the offer.
