Celtic Heroes

About a week ago or less my friend cole sent a mail to me with a bunch of his items for 780k i have on my account. I told him my account got banned and that he should contact support. He has been waiting and is waiting for a response. Please support or admin return the mail back to him so he doesnt have to wait a whole month for his items to return.
Im tired of feeling like a bad friend and i really want him to get his items back.
His main is cole level 101 his class is warrior and thats all i know.

As far as I'm aware, the items are held on the mail system for a month before being returned to sender if they are not claimed.
Thus is am oversight if you can send to a disabled account.
He might just have to be patient.

I hope forum moderators or admin reads this. He hasnt been playing because of me.
