Four weeks and i still dont have my 100$ plat purchase. Only messages i got were advice,so let me say it clear. I did everything the website says, and i didnt get plat. I sent my apple receipt to you, and i still didnt get a reply. I dont see why you cant just add the plat and get over with this problem quickly. Hope help comes soon. (Sorry if it sounds a little rude, but i am annoyed...)

I'm going on 5 weeks now...join the club. I am unimpressed with the support teams ability to resolve issues involving MONEY.

I posted in your other thread about this... but may as well post it here in case it can help get to the bottom of your issue.
Celts: Since you seem to have tried all methods to no avail, I wonder if you even made a purchase.

How did you buy the plat? Was it with an iTunes apple, or a credit apple?

1. If with a credit apple, check to see if the transaction even went through (was it charged to the apple?) or check to see if the credit was then debited to your account (reimbursed). It is possible that even though you got a "receipt," the transaction was voided or reimbursed.

2. Make a similar check if you used an iTunes account. Has the money been removed from your account?

One last thing, is your iDevice jailbroken? I have seen the following:
If you are using a jailbroken device you are unable to purchase Platinum; the only way to buy Platinum is to use a non-jailbroken device.

Using a jailbroken device to buy Platinum will not take any money from your account, as the system does not recognise or allow the Platinum purchase.

Guys, your easiest option if OTM are not responding to you (again that is atrocious customer service) is just to email Apple what has happened, they will investigate (a lot quicker it seems) and pass you a refund.

Btw, jailbroken devices still receive plat, it would be breaking the law to take your money and not give you plat just because you are jailbroken.

No matter what, the issue is with Apple.

I don't have a jailbroken device, so no knowledge first hand. Just going by what Community wrote (he does say that no money is taken from the account), and that I do recall an issue a few years back where jailbroken phones were able to get in-app purchases for free. Figured Apple might have tried to close the loop on that.

There is more than likely a way to get plat for free through jailbreak, but I know that all my devices, even ipad4 is jailbroken and they can all buy plat.
There was a court case in America that Apple lost, the outcome was that it is not illegal in anyway to jailbreak for idevice and apple have to support jailbroken devices, so there is nothing they can do to stop the purchases.

Cool to know. Thanks Donko.

Well I guess that isn't his problem then.
