So i have been banned from forums 3 times lol... Guess they dont want me take extreme measures for banning my acc with my dream items C:

What is most likely happening is that you are using a dynamic IP address, that is one which changes on a regular basis, and at times your IP address will match one that has been disabled.

Ah well i been ip banned 3 times xD
