Today,when I logged on my ranger i got massage from support(it was like warning about patch)it said that support mailed me items and there was date,when I started to look through my items,I haven't found anything new,I checked all my players on archers account.

Send another one, it happens, OTM got a heck lot of tickets to sort it's easy to make mistakes like this.
