That awkward moment when you buy plat for the first time for double plat, you get the plat, and a few minutes later your game crashes. But wait, it gets better... I log back in and all of my gold and plat is gone, and im in lirs reach (was in arena before).

Its not extremely urgent, but im not gonna be playing until my still gets refunded (2.5mil gold and 8k plat, i bought 4k but its double plat). Please get it fixed, i know you have alot on your plate right now so im taking it easy but stuff like this really shouldnt happen. I tried to send an in game support ticket, but when i tried to go to the support area the game crashed and i havent been able to log on since. Ill put up another post in a few hours as to whether ive been able to log back in or not.

Amazing first plat buying experience, haha.
PS: The money on my iTunes account is still gone so i know the purchase went through.

Hi Aaragorn, the team is working to resolve the issue with the servers and making sure that everyone has received their items/platinum. We'll do our best to get everything sorted out as quickly as possible.

Ill send an ingame ticket as soon as im able, but as of now i am still not able to log on. If i still cant log on in an hour ill try reinstalling the game and see if that fixes it.

Im able to log in now, and i sent an in game support ticket.

Plat/gold is still missing though.
