i have contacted ingame support countless times but still have recieved any notification if they are looking into it. My problem is that after buying 100k gold with 1000plat i was experiencing lag so i relogged. After i did the gold i bought was gone and the plat was gone as well. Please help me.

send ONE support ticket and wait at least a week and a half or so
if there is still no response then you might wanna consider sending another

also otm is probably really busy during the new patch so it might take a bit longer than usual

Same thing happened to me and a girl i know. Been days now and it's still not refunded. At first i thought it was just me but there is a few. For fear of disappearing i didn't purchase more plat. I had to watch people buy chests because my plat was missing. Wasn't going to but off others with gold. I need pain and suffering compensation lol. I try to make light of this but if i purchase something real money i expect to get it.

This problem should be solved fast...
