Celtic Heroes

Can someone fix Thebehtir1 (of Gwydion)'s meteoric wep quest for sure and correctly? I want actual feedback please. It took 2 weeks for the first ticket, which resulted in not being able to advance in the questline. I'm not sure if the ticket for the broken quest was responded to because everything just reset again with the same exact issue. I am very tired of waiting as I had to drop 90k for addy wep before the update because I knew support would take forever.
