Celtic Heroes

my met bow is still bugged, support have given me the new quest and i completed it all yet i still cant speak to none of them and retrieve my bow, and when i asked support to fix it(again) the items i collected got taken off me, and i dont know what to do please fix it

You should have put the items in the bank then put it in your inventory.
