Lux items gone never gave password or username to anyone

They say you can not be hacked in celtic heros I have never gave my password or ID to anyone. Took a break for awile came back and all my lux items are gone i have asked support for help many times and was told that i maybe need to make my password harder and that items can not be returned after traded. I'm guessing they figured out my email because when came back my password was not the same but how they figure out my username i have no idea because noone knew it but me...
