can anyone tell me because i sent a ticket and im not sure how will they notify me or something?

They can either send a reply if you e-mailed them or you will get a pop up message like the one you get when the game will go down for an update.

Yes... but not in real time. If they have sent a reply, the pop-up will appear the next time that you log into the game.

Be aware also that they don't always reply. If you are reporting someone, they might simply look into the situation on their end, and deal with it without contacting you.

If you send a ticket about a refund, however, they will send a reply addressing the issue.

Hi as explained a pop up message will show if we can respond back to your request. If you are asking for an item to be restored or a refund the gold/item will appear in your mailbox.

Please be aware that we may take a short while to reply as we are currently working through a back-log. If I haven't reponded in two weeks please re-send the request.
