Ok so the first day of double plat i tried to buy 8k plat, my game crashed and all my gold/plat was gone. The next day (or later the same day, i dont remember) i logged in and my gold was back, but my plat was still gone and the money was still missing from my iTunes account. I thought this was otm's fault because of the reset glitch and all that going on, but as i logged on my iTunes account this morning i saw that my money (the $100) was back. Would it be possible, because i indeed did try to buy the 8k plat during double plat, that i could now buy it for the double plat price for a day since i was unable to because of technical difficulties (whether with my internet connect, iTunes, or otm). I think this is a pretty reasonable request because i did try to buy plat but was rendered unable. My request would just be to give me a day to buy the plat at double plat price. July 6 would be my prefered day for this if it is possible because i do not know if ill be able to log onto the game again until then. Thanks.

Should i also file a support ticket in addition to this?

So, to my knowledge, you actually had the 8k plat already on your account, and then when you relogged it had dissapeared?

Would be ridiculously unfair if the double plat was not awarded, for that $100 purchase atleast.

Yea the plat actually showed up on my account for a very short time. I guess the purchase went through originally, but maybe the combination of my internet connection and otm going through the problems at the time caused to to go back on itself and reject it? Thats the only thing i can think of thatd explain the money finally showing back up on my iTunes account.

Hi there please send in a ticket and we'll see what we can do to help. If there is evidence of this purchase being attempted then of course we will honour the double platinum as this was the period of time in which you attempted to make the purchase and the error was on apples side of processing so there wasn't anything you could do to fix.
