I recently noticed that I didn't have my greythorn helmet though I had no idea when I lost it, so I figured I must have accidentally dropped it at some point. I messaged support and they replied saying I hadn't completed the quest so I couldn't get my helmet back. I went and talked to all the warden quest givers and three said "I have done a great service" and the others said they were the holder of the greaves/breastplate/weapon. I don't know how they think I havnt completed the quest for the greythorn helm but I did! What should I do?

Um... (The items go when the quest is done.) And, the quest was already done. So, it probably never showed up as being completed. I would contact support and say if they could either reboot the quest for you or give you the helm.

Yes I already completed the quest. I responded to support saying that the quest giver says iv already done it but they havnt responded to me. I don't want the quest reset as I have already got all the disks once and turned them in. I think it may be due to the fact that I completed the quest before the update when I was level 50 something, so maybe that's why they think iv havnt completed it?

No, support does not take away your Warden Armor if you had it Pre-update.

I didn't mean that, I meant that maybe the quest didnt show up as completed after the update. I messaged support again and they said they just hadn't seen it right so I got my helmet back now.
