How long exactly is a few days?

So around 2-3 days ago I wrote a ticket to refund 25 energy sigil sets (2000 plat), b/c I bought 50 energy sigil sets instead of the 25 sets I intended (was kind of stupid I guess).
Just want to know that when OTM meant "a few days", how many days?
Not really RAGING all over with this but just hope OTM could refund ASAP.
