A Friend's Account Issue

Hello,
My friend (char name Chilli) has been unable to log on for more than a few seconds before getting extreme lag and being disconnected. All of his other accounts work just fine. He redownloaded the App, but the problem persists. Could you look into this? He is a great player and I would love to have him back.
