I have supported a ticket to get a new quest for meteoric 3 weeks ago and not a single support reply or anything. What are they doing at the moment ?

Me too. I had asked them to update my meteor wep quest. All they did was reset it... meaning i have to kill wisps all over again... given up alr

Resend the ticket if it takes a month, also support is dealing with a little backlog.

Hi if you have not received a reply in two weeks then please resend as the back-log does not go that far back.
If you think you still have the old quests when you asked for the new one please re-send as well. We cannot simply update a quest, it's an entirely new quest line which is why your old quest would have been deleted.
