Is there any way that when someone gives you their account (free) that if you change the password they can still take it back?

giving accounts away still is against the tos and will be dealt with by OTM.

Tos also says no sharing passwords.

Giving away accounts is illegal
But no the orignal email is always there and will be the one support refers to first
Even when you change the email on the account so if the person wanted they tehinacially could get there account back at any ooint in time

Account sharing, trading, selling, buying, gifting - anyway in which an account does not belong to you and yet you have access to is against OTM's terms of service and if there is evidence of this happening then the account may be suspended.

OTM has been quite clear on this and yet there still appears to be moments of confusion. To put it simply, players should have access to their accounts and only their accounts, no one elses.
