Hello admin...I stoped playing celtic heroes for a little while and when i got back to my account .... i found that my Warrior who is ''Hepyderp'' from Herne who is a level 140+ isn't there nomore, and i am kinda worried and i wonder if someone deleted it or if its because of my inactivity that the account got lost...
I wonder if you could please get it back for me. Thank you for your time spending reading this

Hey Hepy! Welcome back... sort of.

Ticket response time can vary depending on how many support tickets are before you (kinda like waiting in line at a store).

Remember also that they don't work on weekends. It sounds like you sent your ticket Friday or Saturday. Not sure where you live, be remember also that they are in Scotland, so might also be a time difference to contend with.
