A couple days ago, I bought a Golden Quiver of Fire, when I was level 96, not realizing that I could get a better quiver in 4 levels. Now I'm level 100, and really regretting getting buying that quiver. Could I possibly get a refund?

Just send an in-game support ticket asking for a refund, if you're within the time limit it should be no problem and an easy refund, just give support time to do so. Hope this helps.

If you bought the quiver from shop you will get a refund. If you bought it from an other player you won't get a refund.

XxROGUExX and Ezekiell are correct - if you bought the item from a shop you can contact the Support Team using the in-game tool and they can refund the item.

However please note that this only applies to recently bought items.
