Xerxestroy removed from Online Rankings?

Xerxestroy of Rhiannon has not been on the online rankings for about a week now. He is still logging into game and theirs nothing wrong with his toon, he is just not there.

This is because if they deleted the game and pressed "remove from leader boards"
