Energy Sigil sets refund needed D:

Hi,
I recently bought 4000 platinum, but then my bf's mischievous little brother decided to screw around with my account, ending up accidently spending all of my 4000 plat on energy sigil sets (that's 50 energy sigil sets, 500 energy sigils total, with total cost of 4000 plat).
After 4 support tickets OTM still haven't responded to the refund request. The purchase was made only 2-3 days ago and the first ticket was sent right on the day the purchase was made, so refunding shouldn't be a problem.
Please take a look ASAP and make the necessary refunds, I need the plats badly
(-500 out of combat energy regen and refunding 4000 platinum), thanks.

I believe they've quit giving refunds on sigils since they brought them back.
EDIT: Some cases are special and Support has been known to make exceptions, so I'd still try, but don't send in anymore tickets for about a week as sending in more tickets will only slow down their response time.

Ok, but I suppose it will work since I sent a ticket only a couple of hours later after Solid's brother screwed it up.

Anyway 500 energy sigils arent so bad for a druid

Well first thing is that they dont work weekends so they may still get to ur ticket but havent done so yet be patience they may still do it for u.

You sent 4 support tickets in 2-3 days? No wonder
If you bought 2-3 days ao that means you bought them Thursday/Friday support takes several days to respond and with it being weekend i don't think support works weekends.

Since you sent a ticket right after my bro screwed up then I'm pretty sure you'll get the refund.

It can take some time for the Support Team to respond to a ticket as they receive a very large number of them every single day.

Just received message today said sigils are no longer refundable... WHY?!?!?!?!?!?!
