can an account be moved from one world to another by any way or can otm do the process or do we have to start all the way over from lvl 1 trying to go from danu to rhiannon

You sadly have to start over.

Unfortunately you cannot transfer a character between worlds at this time, but this is something we are looking at introducing in the future.
