I deleted my character by accident and i already asked support to get him but how long will it take and will i get my items back too?

Just make a really clear support ticket and you will get it back soon. The more clear the ticket the quicker we can help.
For example:
Subject: accidentally deleted character Body: Please restore my character name x world y

If they restore your character it will still have the items.
It takes up to 2 weeks. If you haven't had any answer by than you should send in another support ticket.

Ok another question. Does support have a time frame restriction for restoring characters. Like when you ask for items to be restored its a 2 month period. Is it the same for restoring deleted characters?

As far as I'm aware, there are no time restrictions for deleted characters.
The 2 month item limit was to stop people asking for rare items they dropped/sold years ago being restored
