How about - look.
Everyone else did and the only way most people know where he is, is because they found him the hard way or had a friend help.
I found him myself and what I also found was many levels 100+ camping him 24/7 for an easy buck.

Actually camping that dude is unfathomable money unless you are not actually playing.
Farming money by killing lots of mobs ends up giving you more gold per hours.

Pro tip:
Lots of people standing in a spot just sitting there day after day - they are doin it for the fun of it not campin somethin profitable. So whenever u see that just move along and take no notice.
