Celtic Heroes

Hi would like to introduce myself but cannot create a character, tbh cannot even connect to the Internet.

Tried all options mentioned, had quick search through the forums but keep getting lost.

I know my problem is wifi based and I have only the one to connect to, so any help would be greatly received. Thx.
