Frozen armor gloves

This is actually an on going glitch beginning with the first armor quest,,,,,,i try to turn in items and the do not recognise them,,,,in the past, i went to the bank, banked the items, and then withdrew them and that solved the problem,,,,,annoying, but easy enough to deal with,,,,,not so this time, i took my 4 orbs and 2 crests to get frozen gloves, returned to bank them, withdrew, and tried again,,,nothing!! any other ideas?? any help greatly appreciated
