Cant get meteoric helm

So im a lvl 90 warrior and i have full warden and meteoric boots and gloves. I got my warden boots and gloves pre update and the rest after the update. I have been unable to get the quest for meteoric helm. Do i have to be a higher lvl or could this be due to getting the glove and boot quests before update 4?
