Because of bug happened 21.8.013 yesterday by own mistake of gamemasters when many people was threated as scammers and banned bcse they got few drops by mistake, we want to rollback servers to status as it was 1 week ago, before any update. Some players have a loss and miss items after unban after that bug so we want to roolback server to last good working status.

lol, you are a real stubborn. you CAN get back the items you lost by writing a support ticket. and the bans are temporary.

I did but support say that my ring was made by gold from drops and that is not true bcse at least 50 players can confirm that i bought my ring before update and they saw it on me. So we want roolback to one week ago.

This situation has already been discussed with you via private messages, and you have been informed why it is not possible to restore the ring in question.
