My account got disable i did nothing wrong the last time i was playing was at night 2 days ago and by the next morning i log in and it said my account got disable and why i did nothing wrong i support OnetumbMobile but they took long to respond and i want my account right now quick cuz i don't want to lose my data and this game is really fun and my friends are waiting for me to play with them and help him level and i don't him mad at me

OTM repeatedly say it might take up to 2 weeks because of the many messages they get.
If you don't have an answer after 2 weeks then resend.

Oh thank you, can't wait to play again and that's the only game i have play for so Long and i can't wait to play this awesome mmo game.

I had an old bank disabled.. I sent the report weeks ago, then 2 weeks ago sent again... No reply.... I think they blocked my email or something..
