What Can I Do

Hello
Today I bought 50 dollars of platinum
and I bought a Golden Blade of Ice and a Golden Amulet of Rejuvenation for 250k and 150k.
Then a few hours later this guy in Arawn server messaged me I will buy your Amulet for 200k
I thought he was mental so I didn't do anything and he just traded me and he put in 200000 gold then he said "Mind if I put some items in?"
I didn't say anything and just let him.
He put in a Connact Dagger 2 Codex of Veltissa(page 3) 1 Minor Summerspark Scroll
Then we both clicked okay, but I checked my stats and it said I had 23k, not 203k.
Is there anything I can do?
I don't want to spend 50 dollars and get scammed the first day -.-

I don't want to waste my time because I heard that all trades between players are final D:
So If I send a support ticket is there a chance of getting my stuff back?
Otherwise I'm going to quit and find another 50 bucks for a game that doesn't have that much scamming -.-

Sorry but that's your own fault. If you put ina item or gold in a trade the other ones sees something like xyz set 20000 gold. Support can't do anything about this.

It's kind of false advertising because he said 200k, then he changed it to 20k without telling.
It's really hard to tell the difference between 20000 and 200000 when there are NO COMMAS.
So I partially blame the OTM trading system.
If they game had commas, I'd probably wouldn't fall for it.

omg do you really want your item back? don't be lazy, 40 words aren't gonna kill you, write your stupid ticket and you will see.

It isn't even worth the effort.
Then after they make you wait for a plethora of days, they're like "Nope, not possible."

ok. if really they don't want to restore anything, screenshot admin's post there, and send to
[email protected] (while explaining the issue)
that's what I would do, since they don't seem to care much about the posts they make everyday on issues like yours, make them realize what they wrote.
btw, I'm not sure you can get the items back but you can get the scammer banned.
