so...ive waited almost a month now for my password for my account to be restored...i was told i'd be informed when it was... im starting to get reallly worried...how much longer will this take...i even resent the ticket again once...

Have you registered an e-mail to your account? If so you can reset your password from the Main Menu screen, and a new password will be sent to your e-mail address.

Thats the problem...i registered it but forgot to verify it and accidently deleted the mail...i even showed all the proof that the account was mine...still no luck

Sigh, what bad customers service... 1 month just to get your problem dealt with is simply outrageous.

Soon it'll be more than that for me :/

seriously? they still havent dealt with 1 month of messages or more? maybe you should recruit new support staff or check if the actual one isn't just trying to *** with you by ignoring a large amount of issues, come on.

I went three months before I got a clairvoyant response, make sure to leave nothing out,
say in ur ticket, u say just ur problem, they will see it in a month or two, and ask for
ur chars acc name, then you screwed waiting another month, lol.

I got a few replies bak in few days askin for proof acc was mine...i gave proof..then i was told i'd be informed when they got my pass...since then ive waited n resent ticket once after 2 weeks or so ._.
