Patching issue

Hi, I JUST downloaded Celtic Heroes, and the game looks great and I can't wait to play it! But when I made an account on the game, I selected "Create Account" when I was done and once it sent me to the loading screen, it got as far as "Finding Patch list" or something like that. I went onto Support and did as they told, but nothing's working! Please tell me there's something extra I can do, or at least something an Admin can do? I'd love to play the game, thanks!

Patching just takes too long. Just be patient. It takes about 5 minutes or more.

Really? I usually finish patching in under a minute.

Well, honestly, i don't even know what patching is, but it's not the waiting that's the problem (sorry if I didn't clarify that very well, I was just kinda impatient). You see, I'd select "Log In" and it'd take me to the load screen to the game, but then the app would close, EVERY TIME. While in the load screen, it'd say towards the bottom "Loading Patch List" or something like that, then the app would close. No wait time, it'd just do that right as it loaded to taht point, and I've tried it over and over, and also tried what the support page is (though I have only one internet connection, so I guess I can't try that).

What I'm asking for is that I'd REALLY like for someone to perhaps recommend another method to solving that? Or perhaps for an Admin or something to...idk, fix the problem? I just wanna get past the loading screen so I can enjoy Celtic Heroes for my first time, it sounds and looks awesome!

On older devices, patches take longer.

Delete and install the game. Fully power off your device or try I different Internet connection (if you can). You can e-mail them at [email protected]

Ah, I can't do the different connection, but I'll try the other stuff you said. Thanks so much! I'll let you know when I'm on and slashin away!
