Ok we'll I got my main account banned awhile back, about one year, and it was for a small incident.
I was a normal guy, then I made friends with another guy, so then he gave me tons (billions) of gold, which then he said he hacked it. (No longer able to hack gold!)
The next morning...I was ban.... WHAT DID I DO? TELL ME PLEASE? I got gold from someone? Haha
Anyways...I've sent around 8-12 requests to get it abled in the past year...NO REPLY! None at all...like..????
Terrible customer service!

Um, maybe they do not want to enable your account (sometimes they do not want to based on how bad it is)...

but being banned for getting money? That seems stupid.

did you sent a ticket .-. they sometimes don't reply to emails i suppose, or they could have marked you as spam D:

The guy who was hacking also got permi ban, while I got account ban i think.
