Samhain Chests, Only gives 3 items maximum?

I have opened more than 200 Spooky chests, and the maximum number of rewards I got were 3 rewards. Is says you can get up to 4 rewards. Can this be looked into.

When it says you can get up to 4 it does not mean you actually would, there's a chance for that, and probably a slim one.

The chests now drop up to 4 items, however the 4th drop is a rare special one.

a guy got blue sunlit pants as a 4th item. A rly rare and special one -.-The chests now drop up to 4 items, however the 4th drop is a rare special one.

Opened 272 but no fawking mount -_-' makes me sad cuz someone got mount in first shot which i sold them :0!
