Seriously Admin.... Thousands and thousands of chests have been opened.... Not one single 4th tier item has dropped. Chest buying will be very minimal till the end of the event.

I guess we will never know.

The fourth item is dropping for many people, it contains a previous event item and has been causing various posts about it.

the 4th item isnt even good...from what ive seen its just a random sunlit item (which can still be bought in shop)...
