Hey, I'm wondering whether there is way to see the Most Read Threads of the forum.

Do you mean in each forum? or the whole forum?

For a single forum, scroll down to the bottom. You will see a drop down menu called "Sort by". Select "Views" from the drop down, and click the "go" button.

That will arrange the threads to be sorted by most views for that forum.

Looks like you would have to manually change each forum if you want to find the grand champion of threads.
