I need my astral armour and sword recovered on TheCLEAVER...I've sent several support tickets within the past and I don't have time to waste in this event... Not being mean but I want to get back to playing so can u recover them...?

It's been 4 weeks sense the first ticket was sent...then I came here and yet its been another week and a half...

Keep sending tickets every 2 weeks until they reply.
