What was the second server reset for?

Could anyone tell me? I don't see it and would like to know why?
I figured it would be an admin post plain as day like any other post when thy do an update or reset.

It was to fix the description of the new offhands afaik.

Yes cause they wrote pierce dmg instead of magic lol.
