Refunds?

Everytime I've ever asked for a refund it's taken over a week and then when I post about it I get the refund within an hour of posting. I'm starting to feel like the requests for refunds are simply ignored in hopes the person just lives with the item so their gold will forever remain gone. It's been about 9 days since I asked for my refund on my spectral ring of the reaper with no response. Can this be more of a priority for OTM? If someone needs a refund it means they don't want the item and want their gold and with high end items like this it's hard to get around being out 750k+ on items you don't even want.

Still waiting, over 2 weeks now. This is freaking ridiculous honestly, just remove the support tool altogether. You don't respond so don't give us false hope. Don't feed me the too many support requests bull either, 2 weeks is plenty of time especially considering it says it will be dealt with within a few days. You'd think after gaining all this money from plat-hogs you would maybe I don't know hire more people? Think about that. ( P.s I am still expecting this refund.)

Looks like you guys need a helping hand, maybe advertising a job vacancy, et time would help.

I ever get my refund after max 2 days. Maybe its because I ask kindly for it and not like "gimme my money back!!"

I do, anyways nowhere does it say being less respectful denies service.
