I spent like 10 minutes making a VERY long DETAILED support ticket... Theres a huge situation with a well known scammer in my world it hat finally found his downfall, and NOPE. i am about halfway through sending the 10 paragraph STORY amd PROOF of who and how my friends and acquaintances got scammed. The damned system logs me out, only halfway through DUE TO INACTIVITY!
Otm, I'm trying to explain a situation, especially in 1 ticket only, please make it not log us out die to inactivity WHILE were writing a support ticket. Not only logged me out, reset the whole ticket. I was so pissed when this happened, i nearly threw my ipad...
